We love the outdoors, and when looking for a spot to get married we wanted something that offered forests, mountains, fresh air, stars and more – a place for guests to rest their souls and celebrate.
Camp Concord will be open to our guests from Friday afternoon through Sunday morning. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served at the camp for guests throughout the weekend.
This is a camping wedding, and we really hope you will choose to stay with us onsite at Camp Concord. In addition to being one with nature, staying at the camp means you won’t have to worry about traveling back and forth from a hotel/B&B, and there will be no limitations to celebrating with us Friday and Saturday night.
Camp Concord has 28 basic cabins, each with a mix of single, double, and bunk beds. Each cabin sleeps four to six adults comfortably– more if you want to pack into the top bunks. Approximately half of the cabins have electricity, the other half does not. You will need to provide your own bedding (sleeping bag, blanket, pillow). For those who cannot bring their own bedding, we will organize rentals of sleeping linens: please indicate this in your RSVP and we will contact you with more information.
Please note: tent camping, sleeping in RVs, pets, and smoking are not permitted at Camp Concord.
Camp Concord includes two communal bathhouses, an ADA accessible bathroom, dining hall, commercial kitchen, amphitheatre, archery range, volleyball court, recreation field and three fire pits.
Camp Richardson is a historic resort on the shore of Lake Tahoe, just 2 miles from Camp Concord. The resort offers basic hotel rooms, RV and tent camping.
If sleeping in a cabin with all your best friends is really not your jam– we get it, stay at Camp Richardson. If you’d prefer to stay in a campervan, RV, or tent: stay at Camp Richardson.
A small block of hotel rooms is available at Camp Richardson under the name “Hogan-Richards”. All reservations require a minimum 2-night stay (Friday to Sunday). Please visit Camp Richardson’s website for more details on lodging and contact information for securing a reservation.
Camp Richardson has plenty of space for RVs, campervans, and tent campers. For more information, visit https://www.camprichardson.com/camping-rvs/.
If you are unable to secure lodging at Camp Richardson (and you really don’t want to spend the night at Camp Concord) there are several AirBnB and hotel options along Highway 50 and in South Lake Tahoe. These will take you a bit farther from the celebration, and you will be responsible for transportation to and from the venue.
